At the outset of each day, meet with each assigned personnel to communicate daily activity clearly and effectively.
Coordinate/direct the activity of all jobsite crews
Effectively interface with clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives and other necessary individuals or organizations.
Accurately report all jobsite time and activity daily review.
Collaborate with Project Engineer and Project Manager, and adjust the following day’s assignments
Monitor all job site activity throughout the day
Working from contract documents, project plan layout, and create daily/weekly project work plans
Conduct work with 100% integrity and professionalism.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to review and understand plan specs and drawings.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a field environment.
- Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with office and field personnel.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly.
